研究基盤支援プログラムは、筑波大学として、一定の期間、研究費等の重点配分を行い、人文・社会科学から自然科学まで全ての分野にわたり、基礎から応用までの本学の独創的・先駆的な研究の一層の発展を図ることを目的とした制度です。

本学に新たに採用された教員が行う研究活動に必要な環境整備などのスタートアップ経費の支援を行います。

About Type S

Tsukuba Basic Research Support Program Type S provides start-up funds to develop environments required for newly-recruited academic staff of the university to implement research activities.

Aタイプ（若手研究者研究奨励費）～令和３年度の公募は終了しました～

制度概要

筑波大学と雇用関係のある若手研究者（常勤教員、研究員（研究員は非常勤を含む）＊但し大学院生を除く）に対して、自由な発想のもと主体的に研究活動が行える機会を与え、将来を担う研究者へのキャリアアップ支援を行う制度です。

About Type A

Tsukuba Basic Research Support Program Type A is an internal grant for young researchers which is intended to promote his/her cutting-edge and distinctive researches. All the natural and social scientific fields are within the scope of this grant. We welcome non-Japanese researchers to apply for it in English.

科研費（科学研究費助成事業）の採択歴がある研究者を支援し、「特別推進研究」・「基盤研究（S）」「基盤研究（A）」の獲得を目指します。

About Type B

Tsukuba Basic Research Support Program Type B supports the researchers who have experience as a principal investigator of KAKENHI (Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research), aiming to promote the acquisitions of “Specially Promoted Research”, “Scientific Research (S)” and “Scientific Research (A)”.
