研究概要／Summary

同種造血幹細胞移植は、現在最も成功している幹細胞療法ですが、同種免疫反応による拒絶反応と移植片対宿主病(GVHD)がもたらしうる、移植片の拒絶またはレシピエントの重篤な臓器障害が問題となります。 現在、我々はTNF receptor superfamily シグナル制御による免疫寛容の誘導と骨髄移植後の造血システムの再構築過程を、主にマウスモデルを用いて研究しています。

The research projects are aimed at studying the biology of graft versus host disease and hematopoietic reconstitution after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). We mainly focused on the role of tumor necrosis factor receptor super family (TNFRSF) signals in regulatory T cells. We are currently using Mass cytometry (CyTOF) and single cell analysis systems to understand the whole immune reaction after allo-HSCT.
